Kingston Water Department Issues Cold Weather Tips
The KWD operates and maintains over 900 hydrants throughout the City. After a snowstorm, personnel - with assistance from the KFD - begin the task of shoveling out each hydrant so that they are accessible in the event of a fire emergency. If you are able, we ask that you help us by keeping the hydrant near your home or business clear of snow this winter.

Ulster Savings Bank Hosts Historical Display
The public can view a collection of historical documents and illustrations at the Ulster Savings Bank Branch, located at 280 Wall Street. The display is courtesy of UC Clerk Nina Postupack and will be open through January 29, 2010.
